Out of 16,475 COVID-19 tests carried out on 28 August 2021, 98 new cases have been detected among 27 expats, 57 contacts of active cases, and 14 travellers.
There were 138 recoveries, increasing total recoveries to 269,904.
There are currently two cases in critical condition and five receiving treatment. Out of a total of 954 active cases, 952 are stable.
