Bahrain records 130 additional recoveries from COVID-19

Out of 15,155 COVID-19 tests carried out on 17 September 2021, 66 new cases have been detected among 42 expatriate workers, 12 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 12 travel related.

There were 130 recoveries from COVID-19, increasing total recoveries to 271,905.

There are currently 2 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 9 cases receiving treatment. 812 are stable out of a total of 814 active cases.
