Plans are progressing to add 500 more beds to Covid-19 care wings in the Kingdom, confirmed by Lieutenant General Sheikh Muhammad bin Abdullah Al Khalifa of the National Taskforce for Combating the Coronavirus.
Sources have also stated that plans are advancing to increase the participation of private sector establishments to address the Covid-19 pandemic in the coming period. Bahrain is preparing to increase frontline workers, bringing in new drugs and medical supplies.
