Bahrain detects 829 new COVID-19 cases

Out of 16,356 Covid-19 tests carried out on 26 March 2021, 829 new cases have been detected among 261 expatriate workers, 537 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 31 are travel related. There were 479 recoveries from Covid-19, increasing total recoveries to 131,594.

There are currently 47 COVID-19 cases in a critical condition, and 115 cases receiving treatment. 7,800 are stable out of a total of 7,847 active cases.

The ministry also announced four Covid-19 related deaths, raising the total deaths to 512.
