Out of 15869 COVID-19 tests carried out on 5 August 2021, 120 new cases have been detected in Bahrain. Of these, 54 were expatriate workers, 50 were contacts of active cases, and 16 travel related.
There were 81 recoveries, increasing total to 267301.
