April at Bahrain’s Malls: Sales, Rewards, and New Openings You Need To Know About

Bahraincover

April is shaping up to be one of the better months for shopping at Bahrain’s malls. The Avenues, City Centre Bahrain, Seef Mall and Marassi Galleria are all running specials, and a few new openings are generating enough buzz around the island. If you’ve put your shopping plans on hold, now might be a good time to get out there and explore. We’ve broken down where to find the best deals and what’s new on the ground.

While Bahrain remains on alert, it’s always a good idea to check official channels for the latest information before heading outdoors.

Malls in Bahrain: Sales, New Openings, and Rewards

The Avenues Bahrain: The Biggest Spread

The Avenues has the widest range of offers this month, with discounts running across fashion, footwear, beauty and homeware.

Fashion

The standout numbers are at NEXT, American Eagle Outfitters and DeFacto, all offering up to 70% off selected items. Pierre Cardin and Balmain Paris go further, with up to 75% off across all items. If you’re after mid-range picks, Koton has a flat 50% off selected pieces, LC Waikiki sits at 25 to 50% off, and New Yorker matches that range.

For flat discounts with no hunting required, Calvin Klein and Aldo are both at 30% off everything, Beverly Hills Polo Club is at 40% off everything, and Riva and IPEKYOL are running 20% off store-wide. H&M, Levi’s and Victoria’s Secret are listed with special offers, so those are worth checking in person.

Footwear

Shoes are well covered. Foot Locker is offering up to 50% off selected items, while New Balance and Skechers both sit at 30% off (Skechers across the board, New Balance on selected lines). Adidas ranges from 25 to 50% off. Crocs, Steve Madden and Nine West are all running flat 30% off everything, and Dune London falls between 30 and 50% off selected styles.

Beauty and Wellness

NYX has the widest range, with 25% to 75% off selected items. The Body Shop is running a buy-two-get-one-free deal on everything, and Boots and Bath & Body Works both have unspecified special offers. Watsons is up to 50% off selected products, and Atelier Rebul matches that range.

Kids, Home and Everything Else

Chicco and Trending Baby are both offering up to 70% off selected items, which is worth noting if you’ve been putting off a restock. Muji has a buy-one-get-one-free deal, Claire’s matches it on selected items, and WH Smith is running buy-three-get-one-free.

New at The Avenues

Three new spots have opened. The Matcha Bar has arrived at The Plaza, while Supernova and Hope Label have both opened at Grand Avenue 2, near Gate 4.

City Centre Bahrain: Shop & Win and a New Lego Store

City Centre Bahrain is running a Shop & Win campaign from 15 April to 31 May. Spend BHD 30 or more, and you’re entered into a draw to win a Volkswagen Teramont. Terms and conditions apply, but the entry threshold is low enough that a regular shop could get you in.

Beyond the promotion, the Lego Store has had a refresh, Pull & Bear has dropped a new collection, and Lefties has a new spring range. If you’re into trainers, the Nike Shox Z is available in multiple colourways at the mall.

Marassi Galleria: New Openings

This month, Marassi Galleria’s news is more about new arrivals. Tommy Hilfiger has opened on the first floor, joining three new food and beverage spots: Mamma Bunz Cafe on the second floor, The Matcha Bar on the ground floor and Mamushka Cafe & Bakery on the first floor.

Worth noting: The Matcha Bar is now in two locations, with outlets at both The Avenues and Marassi Galleria.

A Quick Summary

If you’re shopping for fashion, The Avenues has the most ground to cover, with several stores hitting 70 to 75% off. For footwear, the same mall has the widest selection of flat discounts. City Centre’s Shop & Win adds a reason to consolidate your spending there, and Marassi Galleria is the one to visit if you want to try something new on the dining side.

April’s your fashion gateway into the Summer. Plan the trip, skip the impulse buys, and you’ll come away with something worth keeping.
