Out of 17057 COVID-19 tests carried out on 31 August 2021, 87 new cases have been detected in Bahrain. Of these, 30 were expatriate workers, 44 new cases are contacts of active cases, and 13 travel related. There were 110 recoveries, increasing total to 270201.
There is currently 1 case in a critical condition, and 7 cases receiving treatment. 950 are stable out of a total of 951 active cases
