Ready to explore new Asian flavours in Bahrain? Hilton Bahrain has just announced the launch of its new Pan-Asian Night, a weekly celebration of the diverse and delicious food from around the Asian continent. Every Wednesday from 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM, the Pan-Asian Night will feature a wide-ranging buffet.
“We are thrilled to introduce this new culinary experience to our guests,” said Kevin Rowe, Food & Beverage Manager at Hilton Bahrain. “Pan-Asian cuisine is incredibly diverse, with influences from China, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, Indonesia, Mongolia, India, and beyond. Our Pan-Asian Night allows diners to embark on a flavorful journey through the breadth of Asian gastronomy, where authenticity is a top priority.”
Rowe continued, “Our culinary team has meticulously crafted the Pan-Asian Night menu to ensure that each dish offers an authentic representation of traditional Asian flavours. From the fragrant spices in our curries to the delicate balance of sweet, sour, and umami in our noodle dishes, we have gone to great lengths to capture the essence of time-honoured recipes and cooking techniques.”
Diners can indulge in aromatic curries, flavourful noodle dishes, sizzling stir-fries, and an impressive selection of vegetarian and vegan options. The centrepiece of the buffet will be the Peking Duck carving station, where chefs will skillfully slice and serve the iconic Chinese delicacy.
Hilton Bahrain invited us to participate in a unique launch event where we were tasked with guessing each Asian dish’s country of origin. The team showcased some of their featured Pan Asian dishes along with the culinary diversity that will highlight the weekly dining event at their restaurant. While we fared quite well in this interesting guessing game, we also got a sneak peek into the flavourful gems that highlight the Pan Asian night.
