A 100% Bahraini-built satellite project will lift off in 2023! HH Shaikh Nasser announced the launch of the project that will have contributions from Bahraini youth and space scientists.
Bahrain’s previous satellite – Light 1 was deployed in outer space and was the result of a collaboration between the NSSA Bahrain, the UAE Space Agency, Khalifa University, and New York University Abu Dhabi.
The upcoming project is a purely Bahraini endeavor led by the NSSA.
