The three-day celebration will feature culinary masters, Chef Alexis Beaufils, recognized as the World’s Best Confectioner in 2022; I Kadek Sugiantara, an artist in Balinese street food, celebrated for his vibrant ingredients and fusion of flavours, and 2 mixologists.

The resort’s distinguished in-house culinary talents will showcase its myriad cuisines, led by Joergen Sodemann, the Executive Chef at The Ritz-Carlton, Bahrain, whose expertise and innovative approach inspire exceptional, flavourful dishes. Mahipal Singh, Cluster Executive Chef, will take diners on a journey through the artistic Indian Heritage while dining like royalty at Nirvana. Alexis Knecht, Chef de Cuisine, is the man behind the prestigious fine dining restaurant, La Table Krug. Mirsha Moreno, a creative Chef at Primavera, combines local ingredients with an Italian twist. Cesar de Jesus, Chef de Cuisine is at the helm of the vibrant and authentic Mexican restaurant, Cantina Kahlo.

The event will feature world-renowned Gourmets, Chefs, and Mixologists, promising an unforgettable celebration and experience, showcasing culinary artistry, tastes of the world, and a global gastronomic adventure like no other.

Partnering with the resort for the 30th-anniversary event are prestigious brands such as Valrhona, high-quality chocolate, offering a range of chocolate products, sourcing out the richest cocoa powders, Cristal de Paris, known for their exquisite crystal products, HERB ALL, providing transformative botanicals for beverages, the rare vintage bubbly from Rothschild, and National Hotel Services Company.

Celebrating History

The hotel was established on 26th November 1994 and distinguished itself as one of the first luxury beach resorts in the Kingdom. In 2003, the property was rebranded under the prestigious Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, becoming the 50th Ritz-Carlton in the world and the fourth in the Middle East.
