As a trial to find a way to cook the healthiest and tastiest wood fired chicken, the ovens used were specifically designed and developed. Chicken is served in full, halves or quarters with a choice of side dishes like steamed vegetables, mashed potato, rice, etc. and tortilla bread with a special sauce. Dajajio also takes pride in their Broasted Chicken which is cooked using canola oil.
What’s not to love about warm sandwiches? Dajajio has brought the mouth-watering “Pesto Chicken Panini” at a very competitive price, which doesn’t scrimp on quality. The moist pulled chicken is tossed together perfectly with some grated mozzarella cheese. To further develop the flavour, the panini is further adorned with pesto sauce proving itself as a yummy alternative to the usual lunch break grab-and-go.
