Tell us something personal, what have you always enjoyed about the hospitality industry?

As a hotelier, the job after years in this industry does not become a job anymore, it becomes your life style, what I enjoy most about it is working with my team. Elite is blessed with a team of affable and dynamic individuals who are always ready to face any industry challenge, with goals to achieve as we all work in the same direction towards more success.

 

In a fiercely competitive market, how do you plan on remaining at the forefront of the hospitality game?

We have a great product complimented with a talented team. We offer guests complete at home like hospitality experiences when they are staying with us. We are the sole hospitality providers of all-suite accommodations in Bahrain. Plus, we offer excellent services to travelers, which build and improve their experiences.

We are committed to focus on the customer; they are the heart of the hospitality industry, providing a meaningful experience will drive guest loyalty. It is also very important to be flexible with your business, allow your plan to develop and grow as the market changes.

 

What are your plans for the upcoming Formula 1?

Our food and beverages outlets are offering special and incredible deals for travelers in Bahrain during the formula 1 season. Also, we offer great room packages and special groups’ rates. We look forwarding to welcoming back our loyal F1 delegates for an exciting Bahrain F1.

What have been the biggest challenges and successes of the past year?

How to extend our guests experiences, we must stay innovative in an ever-growing industry, the success of our group is embodied through the new channels our guests are connecting with us through. We are fully online, where guests can book, chat and change reservations online. Some guests prefer technology and our role is to make sure we offer them the best personalized experiences. Late last year we have launched our loyalty programs for bookers and guests which has been well received so far.

 

What’s next for the Elite Hospitality Group?

To ensure long-term business growth in a sustainable way, our hotels are planning to open new Food & beverages outlets, offering different cuisines and ambiances.

We are actively taking steps in future expansion in to the other countries in the Gulf and Middle East.
