We talk to GM Vijayan Sadanandan about The Arch’s futuristic architecture along with his ideals in managing hospitality.

GM Vijayan, who has almost two decades of experience under his name, expresses his belief in the importance of team work for success. According to him, each of The Arch Hotel’s team member has been hand-picked to ensure the best possible service given to the guests. Although he’s very hands-on when it comes to floor operations, he also leaves room for his team to spark innovation and creativity – ideas that when implemented, boost morale for the crew and enhance experience for the guests.

The remarkable hotel boasts amenities to satisfy the leisure of its guests including noteworthy outlets like Sol Café, Tex Mex Lounge, E11even Club, Posh Lounge and Fizz. Its gym and health club is fully-equipped with an outdoor swimming pool and sauna. Rejuvenation of the mind, body, and soul with Asian aromatherapy and similar treatments is available at their boutique spa, Aura. The hotel’s Cristal Hall, an elegant banquet space able to accommodate conferences, events, or personal celebrations for up to 120 people, will soon be open to reservations.
